1、 Introduction to Wet Electrostatic Oil Fume Pre-filter

The wet electrostatic oil fume prefilter is a kind of oil fume and waste gas purification equipment launched by Parkway Technology in combination with series of oil fume purifier products. It is mainly used to treat industrial offgas with high content of oil fume, complex pollutants and large amount of acid gas, fine particles, water vapor, tar and other difficult to remove, and the effective purification efficiency can reach 99%.

The equipment adopts tube bundle design, which improves the mobility of smoke particles and the flexibility of site space during equipment installation; Needle electrode and tube bundle collecting plate are made of stainless steel, with good durability and corrosion resistance, extending the service life of equipment; High-frequency and high-voltage power supply technology is adopted. A single electric field power of 1200W can reach 60000-70000V voltage to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment. The power supply has various safety protections such as input overcurrent, IGBT overcurrent overheating, output open circuit, short circuit, heat dissipation, ignition, automatic start and stop, etc.

Oily waste gas is sent to the wet electrostatic equipment via the gas gathering system and the fan via the pipeline. Large particles in the air are removed through the filter, and then adsorbed by the equipment electric field. High-voltage static electricity (60kV) is adopted for adsorption. Due to the characteristics of large content of oil fume and much dust in some industries, honeycomb electric field design can achieve the effect of air equalizing adsorption and meet the emission standard.

The wet electrostatic fume prefilter is divided into horizontal (horizontal) type and standpipe (vertical) type. The horizontal internal structure is of plate-type structure, and the gas flows in and out in the horizontal direction. The structure is similar to plate-type low-temperature plasma equipment. The standpipe type is mostly of tubular structure, and the gas flows in and out in the vertical direction. The wet electrostatic fume prefilter of Parkway Technology is of vertical structure, and the purification effect is more obvious under the same air volume.
