1、 Introduction to Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment
Integrated sewage treatment equipment scientifically and reasonably combines various links in traditional sewage treatment, such as anoxic, anaerobic, aerobic, precipitation, filtration and dosing, with compact equipment design and space saving. It is widely used in the new generation of sewage treatment equipment. The integrated sewage treatment equipment is used to treat the sewage within the scope of application. According to the Owner's requirements, different configurations of the effluent can meet the requirements of Class III water, Class II, Class I B, Class I A, Class V surface water and Class IV surface water in the national sewage discharge standard.
The MBR membrane treatment process is adopted by the integrated sewage treatment equipment of Parkway Technology, which has the advantages of high treatment efficiency, good effluent quality, small floor area, convenient operation and management, etc. The equipment consists of pretreatment system, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, MBR membrane tank and equipment room. The equipment control system consists of IPC, data collector and 4G network, which can realize the on-site data acquisition, analysis and remote online control functions of the equipment.

2、 Process flow of integrated sewage treatment equipment
The sewage, after being intercepted by the grid to remove large particles of suspended solids in the water, enters the regulating tank, and is pumped to the anoxic tank for hydrolysis reaction after homogenization and equalization in the regulating tank, so as to improve the biodegradability of the sewage. The effluent enters the aerobic tank, where it is oxygenated by the air blower to decompose the COD in the water under the action of aerobic microorganism. At the same time, the ammonia nitrogen is consumed as nitrate nitrogen. Finally, it enters the MBR membrane biological reaction tank for solid-liquid separation, so as to reduce the content of suspended solids in the water. The nitrate nitrogen flows back to the anoxic tank together with the nitrifying liquid for denitrification biological denitrification, so as to reduce the total nitrogen content in the water. At the same time, biological dephosphorization is used, supplemented by chemical dephosphorization to ensure that the phosphorus content in the effluent meets the standard. It can reach Level A standard in the pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant.
