1、 Performance characteristics of circulating water purification equipment

The circulating water purification equipment (hydraulic full-automatic high-efficiency aerated filter) produced by Zhengzhou Pihua Technology Co., Ltd. conforms to the natural water purification process according to the law of nature and adopts the circulation system of oxidation, flotation, fine filtration and disinfection to clean various artificial rivers and lakes, landscape lakes, swimming halls and swimming pools, so as to realize their recycling.

The treatment efficiency of the circulating water purification equipment is high, and the primary filtration cleaning rate is more than 96%;

2、 Operating principle of circulating water purification equipment

Respiratory oxygen melting - increase dissolved oxygen, freshen and activate the water body

When the equipment is used for water treatment, it simulates the natural waterfall water flow mode, improves the total oxygen content according to the oxygen transfer principle, reduces the thickness of the liquid film during the water flow process, accelerates the renewal of the gas and liquid interface, and increases the contact area of the atmosphere and the liquid level. That is to say, sufficient subdivision of water flow increases the contact area between water flow and air, fully aerates in the air to make the water rich in dissolved oxygen, and harmful gases such as ammonia and carbon dioxide in the water overflow from the surface. Because redox is the main function of water purification, dissolved oxygen in water can have fierce chemical reaction with pollutants to remove harmful substances in water. Based on the water quality detection, the dissolved oxygen in the treated water remains saturated and keeps fresh and activated.

Hydroflotation-Removal of organic-inorganic matter from water

A large amount of foam is produced in the water body through the action of respiratory oxygen melting function (i.e. aeration). Soap and protein substances in the water act as the foaming agent, i.e. nitrogen, phosphorus, fat, protein, chlorophyll and anion synthetic agent, etc. When the raw water mixed with foam flows to the filter layer, the foam is lighter than water, so it floats above the water surface and the pressure in the equipment is very small. The filter layer adopts the natural anti-composite natural filter material with small particle size, large ratio and heavy weight. The foam cannot pass through the lower filter layer and can only float on the surface. When the foam is accumulated more and more, it can only be discharged through the "exhaled pipe", or when the filter tank is backwashed, the foam is washed away with the water flow. This process enables the organic and inorganic substances foaming in the water to be thoroughly removed.

Gravity micro-pressure fine filtration-to intercept suspended solid particles

Through multilayer anti-composite natural filter material, the solid particles that cannot be "exhaled" and "floated" are retained in the fine filter layer designed according to the principle of seepage well. The filter particle size is consistent with the dispersed particles on the raw water. Due to the characteristics of this layered filtration, the removal rate of bacteria can even reach more than 90%. It is well known that the particle size of E.coli is 0.5u, and this composite filter can remove all particles above 0.5u, including algae above 0.5u.

Pulse disinfection of chlorine solution-kill residual bacteria in water body and improve water body immunity

The so-called immune function of water is that the water must contain a trace of 0.3-0.5mg/L residual chlorine of long-term bactericidal factor, which can effectively inhibit the propagation and growth of germs and viruses in the water, and the propagation of algae and algae spores. The long-term bactericidal factor is called the immunity of water, which is the fundamental guarantee for the quality of water.

Automatic cleaning function-discharge the intercepted impurities on the intercepted surface

When the raw water passes through the filter layer, impurities in the water are intercepted and the resistance of the filter layer increases, causing the water level to rise. When the water level rises to a certain height, it will automatically discharge, automatically flush and automatically restore the filtration according to the hydromechanical principle, and the filter materials will be arranged and reset automatically. Flushing intensity: 32L/m2· s, flushing duration: 2min, reaching filtered water quality (turbidity)< 0.4mg>
