1、 Introduction to pulse solenoid valve
The electromagnetic pulse valve used by the pulse dust collector of Parkway Technology is a right-angle valve. The inlet and outlet pipes of the right-angle pulse valve are 90 ° right angles and fixed on the flange seat outside the air pocket, which is very convenient for installation and maintenance. The working pressure range of the electromagnetic pulse valve of Parkway Technology is 0.4-0.6MPa. The normal working environment temperature is between - 25 ℃ and 60 ℃. The precision cast aluminum alloy valve body is adopted for the electromagnetic pulse valve. After anti-corrosion treatment, the protection grade of the electromagnetic valve conforms to IP64. The service life of the electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm is more than 1 million times. Piao Hua Technology provides a three-year warranty for the electromagnetic pulse valve.
2、 Operating principle of pulse solenoid valve
The air chamber of right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve is divided into front and rear air chambers by the diaphragm. When the air chamber is inflated, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. The pressure of the rear air chamber causes the diaphragm to block the air output port of the pulse valve so that the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed. The electromagnetic pulse valve adopts the spray control instrument to control the switch. When the spray control instrument outputs the electrical signal, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve moves, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the pulse valve opens, the rear air chamber quickly loses pressure and the diaphragm moves backward. The compressed air is blown through the air output port of the pulse valve to form a high-speed spray air flow and realize dust removal of the dust collector bag.
When the electrical signal of the injection controller disappears, the armature of the pulse valve resets, the air vent of the rear air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear air chamber rises, and the diaphragm is forced to press the air output port again, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed again. The injection controller sets the resistance range of the pulse dust collector according to the specific characteristics of the dust. When the set value is reached, the electric signal will be automatically sent out to operate the electromagnetic pulse valve for injection and dust removal. With the completion of dust removal of the dust removal bag, the resistance of the dust collector drops, the injection controller ends the electrical signal, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed. In this way, the automatic operation of the injection and blowing dust removal of the pulse dust collector is realized, so as to maintain the continuous and stable operation of the pulse dust collector.
