1、 Introduction to dust removal framework

The dedusting framework adopted by Parkway Technology is light, smooth, straight, tough, with good rigidity, easy for installation and maintenance. It is formed by one-time welding, and other treatments can be carried out according to the actual use industry of the dust collector. Low-carbon steel wire, galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire, etc. shall be selected. Circular bag type, flat bag elliptical type, spring type and other structures shall be adopted according to the requirements of dust collector and dust characteristics. Surface shall be galvanized, sprayed with plastic, sprayed with organic silicon, etc., completely meeting the dust removal requirements under various circumstances.

3、 Operating principle of dust removal framework

The dust removal framework is an important device supporting the filter bag in the dust remover and a dry-solid separation device to separate the dust from the air flow. When the dust-containing air flow enters the dust collector from the intake pipe, the dust is left outside the filter bag when passing through the filter bag, and the purified air is extracted from the frame and discharged from the exhaust port.

4、 Performance characteristics of dust removal framework

The dedusting framework is formed by one-time welding, and its characteristics: firm welding, smooth and straight appearance;

The support ring and longitudinal bar of the dust removal framework are evenly distributed, and have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the gas pressure of the filter bag during filtration and dust removal, and prevent damage and deformation caused by collision and impact during normal transportation and installation;

All welding points of the dust removal framework shall be firmly welded without desoldering, cold solder joint and solder skips;

The contact surface between dust removal framework and filter bag shall be smooth and clean without crater, roughness and burr;

The dust removal framework is light and convenient for installation and maintenance. The quality of the framework directly affects the filtering state and service life of the filter bag;

The dedusting framework shall be subject to anti-corrosion treatment, and electroplating, plastic spraying or painting shall be carried out according to different needs.
