Product Introduction
Impact crusher, also known as impact crusher, can be configured according to different types of processing raw materials, scale and requirements for finished products. It is widely used in building materials, ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, transportation, energy, cement, mine, chemical industry and other industries for medium and fine crushing materials. The discharging particle size can be adjusted, and the crushing specification is diversified.
operational principle
During operation, the stones directly fall into the high-speed rotating disk from the upper part of the machine. The rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor. The materials entering from the feed inlet collide with the plate hammer on the rotor. Under the action of the high-speed centrifugal force, the stones are collided with another part of flying stones around the disk in an umbrella manner at high speed and crushed with high density; Crushed materials are hit back to the lining plate and crushed again. After hitting each other, stones will form vortex motion between the rotary table and the casing, resulting in repeated hitting, friction and crushing, and finally discharged from the outlet. In this way, a closed loop is formed for multiple cycles, and the clearance between the reaction frame and the rotor frame can be adjusted to change the particle size and shape of the material.
Main Purpose
The reaction crusher can process materials with side length less than/pan>100-500mm, with pressure resistance up to 350MPa, large crushing ratio and cubic particles after crushing. It is widely used in building materials, ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, transportation, energy, cement, mine, chemical industry and other industries for medium and fine crushing materials. 4、 It has the functions of tertiary crushing and reshaping. The shape of finished product is cubic, without tension crack, with good grain shape, adjustable discharge grain size and simplified crushing process.
5、 Easy maintenance and operation. PFV hard rock counter-breaker is equipped with multi-function hydraulic station, with hydraulic high-speed discharging gap, stable vibration reduction of counter-board and automatic opening of engine block.
