Product Introduction
Jaw crusher is a kind of crusher. The motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the included angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, so as to push the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the materials are crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing. It is widely used for crushing various ores and bulk materials in mine smelting, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry.

1、 Fixed body: the main component of the fixed body is the frame. There are two manufacturing processes for the frame: medium carbon steel casting frame and medium carbon steel plate welding frame. Based on the original casting frame, the welded frame is added with multiple stiffeners, and through strict quality control and specific process requirements, the same use effect as the casting frame is achieved. In order to prevent serious wear of the side wall of the rack, guard plates are installed on the left and right side walls of the crushing chamber and can be replaced at will.
2、 Rotating body: composed of movable jaw,eccentric shaft, bearing, pulley, etc., it is the main part of transmission and torque bearing.
A、 The movable jaw is composed of movable jaw support, movable jaw plate and other parts. The movable jaw support is made of 35 # cast steel and subject to hardening and tempering treatment.
B、 The eccentric shaft is made of 45 # steel and subject to tempering treatment.
C、 Double-row radial sphericalroller bearing span>, It is characterized by fine adjustment, large stress and durability.
D、 Jaw plate is divided into two types: movable and fixed. In order to improve the crushing effect, the surface adopts the optimized tooth type. The material adopts ZGMn13, which has the characteristics of high hardness, wear resistance and good use effect.
3、 Regulating device: it is used to adjust the size of the discharge outlet and control the particle size of the discharge. The crusher adjustment mechanism of our plant has two types: lifting wedge type and ejector rod gasket type, which are easy and flexible for adjustment and can realize stepless adjustment.
