The Challenge

The automotive manufacturer was facing challenges with VOC emissions from their painting workshop, which were exceeding EU environmental standards. The Solution

We implemented a customized Activated Carbon + RCO (Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation) system with a treatment capacity of 40,000 m³/h. The system included a pre-treatment section, activated carbon adsorption towers, and a catalytic combustion unit with heat recovery. The modular design allowed for easy integration into their existing production line with minimal downtime.
